Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

  1. Go to CanarySense.ca/MyAccount
  2. Enter your login and password
  3. Find your product, you have a few options...
    1. Use the Shop by Category or Shop by Industry
    2. Use our Brand Listing
    3. Use our Search tool (search by brand, model, keyword)
  4. When you find the product, you will see the product information, availability and your pricing.
  5. Place your order directly on the website.

Quick Steps to Placing an Order on the Website

  1. Find the item you want to purchase
  2. Add to Cart
  3. Review items in Cart
  4. Checkout
  5. Enter appropriate address information… Continue
  6. Enter appropriate shipment information… your transport or one of our pre-paid and charge options… Continue
  7. Review all information carefully
  8. Enter appropriate payment information… Pre-Payment, PayPal or Credit Card
  9. Place Order
  10. You will get a confirmation page with your order #
  11. You will get a confirmation email with your order #

Important

  • Make sure you are logged into your account before you search (you’ll see Hi {First Name}! If you don’t see this, you are not logged in).
  • If you can’t find the product on our website try our Extended Search Tool. You'll notice that Extended Search products have very limited product information … Brand, Model, Order No, Brief Title, Pricing, and Availability. If you still can't find the product you are looking for contact us by email or Chat and we'll take care of it for you.
  • If you need your quote by email, simply add the items to your quote using the Add to Quote button and select "Submit Request for Quote" on the My Quote page and it will automatically be emailed to you.
