Once your request has been received, a copy will be sent to you by email to print and send along with your instrument.
To ensure you receive this as well as other order communications, please add our address to your email safe senders list, address book or contact list.

Once we’re ready to return your instrument, we will make every effort to communicate with you to make arrangements.
On rare occasions when there’s no response from you, after 1 year we will dispose of your instrument.
