Join us for a live webinar discussing the key differences between IR thermometers (spot pyrometers) and IR cameras for temperature measurement. In addressing these differences, we will illustrate how utilizing an IR camera for thermal measurements can eliminate the guess work associated with using IR thermometers.

In this webinar we will address:

• What it means to measure temperature with the technologies available today.
• We will review some general infrared theory and explain the basics of how IR thermometers and IR cameras work.
• Finally, we will conduct a temperature measurement experiment using IR thermometers and an IR camera, review the results of the experiment, and assess the pros and cons of both measurement technologies.
